Well La Nina has done her best and we still have no snow. While out on my walk the other day I caught sight of this red gate with it's red tiled cover and a red chile wreath. Maybe it's a sign of a spicy weekend to come. Hope your's is full of spice.
une belle porte avec sa couronne, et puis on peut rater la porte ;)
ReplyDeleteA lovely wreath! It's wonderful how we all use things we find where we live to decorate for the same holiday, and often with the same colors!
ReplyDeleteA very nice door... I see the weather is still good to you!
ReplyDeleteNice picture this one!
ReplyDeleteI like the red bits..
I don't mind snow!..but i do not mind sunshine either :)
Have a great weekend Randy!
I like matching door and Xmas wreath. Have an amazing weekend
ReplyDeleteA greener wreath would look better on that door, I think. ;)
ReplyDeleteThis is a nice red gate with tiled top. Not something you would see in Ocala, probably.
ReplyDeleteSpicy food, though, at my age, is hard on the tummy. Wait, what kind of "spicy" are you talking about? Hmmm...might be other ways to "spice" up my weekend, right? Heh, heh!
Have a great Friday yourself!
I love that chili wreath and it looks great on that red door.
ReplyDeleteGreat photo! Really nice wreath and weather!
ReplyDeleteI love the way people use chillies for decoration in Santa Fe!
ReplyDeleteHave a very good weekend Randy!
Oh, a chile wreath! I love it! I doubt I could find something like that up here in the frigid northwest, but I'd love to find one of those for my dad. He's a chile fiend! Love the red on red.
ReplyDeleteGreat finder you are! This red door is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteLéia
Red gates, red doors...all good.
ReplyDeleteI can't tolerate spices in food, but I love it in personality.
ReplyDeleteI was just talking to someone from Louisiana last night and loved their accent and said "the way you say that has so much spice to it"
I like the color in your shot, cheerful.
Nice red Chile wreath on the red door. Great find. Have a great weekend
ReplyDeleteI do love all of the colors that you encounter in your community.
ReplyDeleteVery nice shot!
ReplyDeleteWhat a delightful view. A chile wreath is certainly something I've never seen before, it's lovely, even against the red door.
ReplyDeleteCharmingly bright and colourful, thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteGreat shot- love the stars hanging in the yard too!
ReplyDeleteOo I love the red red theme. Not your expected combo. Also appreciate the hanging metal star lanterns. I have one of those but it's inside.
ReplyDeleteNice how you play with the colors. And red is a spicy color.
ReplyDeleteBoth reds are lovely!
ReplyDeleteGreat red! It immediately catches the eye. Lovely shot!
