I lost my father in 2001 but everytime I see old trucks and cars I think of him because he loved to work on vehicles. There were many times that I was by his side while he disassembled and engine and put it back together again. It was not my idea of how to spend a summer but I am so grateful for the memories. Happy Father's Day to all of the dads out there!

I also lost my dad in 2001... Our Father's Day was on 19 March.
