This is one thing I wish I had to cruise around town in. Lately I am seeing more and more Buddy's around. It's probably because of the high price of gas.
My husband has a little vespa to go to work. I recently told him I want to learn how to drive it properly. He tried to teach me... in the middle of a ROUND-ABOUT and I nearly had us killed. Haven't tried it since, but if he takes me to a vacant parking lot to learn, I just may get the hang of it. :)
Although I'd prefer a Vespa, I have always wanted a scooter to tool around town. Love the blue. l wonder if they'd make one in turquoise for SF natives?
We're also seeing more and more of these guys up here. Is it an invasion? It's $1.35 Cdn for a litre of gas in Montreal! No wonder people are looking for alternatives to cut costs.
Que chula... y de color azul...
ReplyDeleteSaludos y buen sábado.
That would be such a cool way to get around I agree Randy. That's a particularly good looking scooter, very elegant colours I think.
ReplyDeleteThe Italians do... :)
ReplyDeleteGod bless you!

Nice contrasting colors in this photo, Randy! But I preferred to take some Harleys photos when I was there:)

ReplyDeleteLove the color!
Our gas has gone from $3.99 to $3.55. It's hard to believe that we're excited about $3.55 a gallon gas!

Go for it! Have a great weekend!
Had one! Too cool.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you but the problem here is that they are so dangerous what with all the big trucks and SUV's on our roads.
ReplyDeleteThis would be a fun thing to have!
ReplyDeleteLove this moto and how fun it would be for you to zip around Canyon Road hopping on and off this fine vehicle... Zoom-zoom!
ReplyDeleteBises,
Genie
A handsome little bike, Dandy Randy! You'd look good zipping around Santa Fe on it but don't forget a helmet!
ReplyDeleteI have a Piaggio scooter. It is excellent takes me anywhere in DC.
ReplyDeletethat would be an awesome ride, wouldn't it?!
ReplyDeleteNice scooter! It's always be interesting when I enjoy the city with my bike/scooter...
ReplyDeleteI Just can feel the air touch my face. :)
Nice shoot!
I would love one of these, although my hair would take on a whole new look with the humidity.
ReplyDeleteI'm with you Randy! That would be so much fun to drive around town.
ReplyDeleteThat's a really nice one. If I wasn't so afraid, I've have a Vespa.
ReplyDeleteIt would be nice to have one of those around. Looks like quite the hip machine.
ReplyDeleteThere are more and more Vespas about here too. That one is in your colour!
ReplyDeleteCool. What other color could we expect for a bike in Santa Fe.
ReplyDeleteAt first I thought it was a vintage Vespa! :-)
ReplyDeleteHigger price of the gas jjjj. Come and visit Europe, then you are going....
ReplyDeleteHere we return to use bicicles.
Greetings.
I don't think it is the price of gas. I think a lot of Baby Boomers are retiring and giving themselves a little gift . . .
ReplyDeleteThey are so wonderfully gas efficient!
ReplyDeleteVery nice! I'd also like one!
ReplyDeleteVery beautiful blue scooter! ;-)
ReplyDeleteAnd look, it's a lovely shade of blue.
ReplyDeleteNice capture and composition Randy. I'll take 2!
