Old and Older

I love the old gate on this building and by the look of the adobe at the corner of the wall the building must be alot older.

  6. Looks like the windows are boarded up, too. Wouldn't it be great to know the history of the building and the people who had lived there?

  12. The rustic doors do look really cool. I am interested in the window shutters. That is a window, no? Is the place boarded up while the owners are away? Those stick and branch shutters are one of a kind.

  13. It does have that worn, weathered look about it - both the door and the building...I like, a lot!

  16. This one is tack sharp and those adobe colors really do contrast nicely with the blue sky. The aged and the gate are excellent pieces of the composition too.

  27. I'm torn...I like the age of this gate, but it's just screaming for some of that beautiful Santa Fe blue paint. Preservation is a good thing too.
