It Can Be Found

Happiness can be found everywhere I guess. I found mine on a garbage can while walking in a new part of town. I hope your Monday is a happy one.

  13. Happiness is mostly in the mind,
    I'm told.
I don't believe it but then
    I'm kinda old.
Just bring me a martini and
    A chocolate of two.
    I'll tell you anything
    You want to hear,
    I'll tell you
    That I'm happy, too!

    Have a great week!

  14. Yes, the trick is to always be looking for it.

  15. I really believe that things like trash cans should be decorated. I think it's necessary to do that to make ordinary things look extraordinary.

  20. There could be happiness on Mondays, but some should come in the bin.

  24. I always say that I prefer to look for the good, to make every effort to be happy, to not look for the bad 'cause it's gonna find you no matter what. Love this photo--it seems to match what I always say to a T. Look for the good--there it is "Be Happy"--cause the bad's there anyway--the trash inside the can! Am I stretching too far?

  25. Better to be the one walking by than the one inside. ;)

  26. I was thinking the same thing as Kate... "even the trash cans are turquoise!" Although it is graffiti, I approve of the message.
