Eldorado, about 10 minutes east of Santa Fe had their art studio tour this weekend. Yesterday before heading off to the Media lab I had to stop and make a purchase and a couple of my favorite ceramic studios. Tomorrow I will post the new addition to my collection.
I would never thoght that few branches could make art! I do not have this kind of creativity:(
ReplyDeleteEl dorado, pero con oro?
ReplyDeletejajaja
Saludos y un abrazo.
It seems your area is peppered with various art studios...and what are you doing in a "media lab"?
ReplyDeleteSounds fun, whatever it is?
I love your studio tours.
ReplyDeleteEldorado is an interesting small community, and I spent some time there visiting their outdoor market. Met some friendly people there, too. Met some animal rescue people who take care of stray dogs. Seems as though the residents work hard to make it a welcoming place.
ReplyDeleteOoooh! I can't wait to see what you got!!! One of my clay friends was on the tour- but I couldn't go 'cause I work all weekend! :(
ReplyDeleteHe & a couple of others just opened a studio- "Baca Street Pottery," it's a great place you may want to check out!
Randy, thanks so much for your kind comment on my blog! I was sorry to hear you had a tough day @ the Lab yesterday, but I am sending good vibes that it all comes together perfectly today!! It will.
Have a terrific day!!!
:)
Did you say POTTERY - we have a weakness for pottery in our house!
ReplyDeleteI would like to have this tour !
ReplyDeletewish you a lovely sunday
bisous randy
Very nice Randy.
ReplyDeleteI'll be tuned in to see what treasure you got.
ReplyDeleteI love that you live in such an artsy area. Also such a naturally beautiful one.
ReplyDeleteYour area is blessed with many artists and galleries. I am a pottery collector and primarily buy unique functional art for an eclectic display and use.
ReplyDeleteYou tease! Of course I will be back tomorrow to see your new acquisition! (I would be back anyway - hah!)
Bises,
Genie
Looking forward to seeing the treasures! Hope they had good weather for the tour.
ReplyDeleteOh, I can't wait to see it!
ReplyDeleteYou've shown us so many shots of studio tours, I wish we had the same here...
ReplyDeleteI'd love to see your acquisition! ;-)
Now you have someone in France who can't wait! :-)
ReplyDeleteI like the branches, I wish I had a garden, it would be full of driftwood.
I'm glad you had your priorities in order and made the time to stop and shop. It would have been a moment missed. Bring on the pictures - show us what you bought. :)
ReplyDeleteIt will be interesting to see what you got!
ReplyDeleteInteresting combination of bare branches. Strange. What do they represent?
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see what you bought.
ReplyDeleteYou have the neatest places there. So....did you buy a piece for us as well????
ReplyDelete:)
