"Through return to simple living Comes control of desires. In control of desires Stillness is attained. In stillness the world is restored." Lao Tzu Enjoy your Sunday!
Interesting quote. My first thought was "good luck with that!" And the reason I thought that is because of how technology, which is supposed to make our lives easier, too often makes them more complicated. And because of the exponential growth of technology, we have to keep buying more "stuff." I bought a new Android phone the other day and by the time I'd walked out of the store, a new model was available! Yikes!
Nice photo, though. Have a great first day of the week!
I was just reading about tiny "tumbleweed houses," and then about a couple who live in a 400 sq ft apt & sold their cars & are much happier now. So then I click on your post- perfect! Words & photography both. Simple living... I'm working on it, but stillness is a little tougher! :)
What a beautiful resemblance with Santa Fe's adobe colors!
