I love scenes like this in out city. We were supposed to get more snow today but now it's in the forecast for Wednesday. If your tired of yours send it our way. We'll take it.
Don't have any snow to send you, but please keep it in Santa Fe. I've heard there are people who like it, but you guys are few and far between!
Lovely shot, though. You have a very attractive city!
Re the painted pony: This is one of about 55-60 around town; it's part of a program called "Horse Fever" which intends to promote the fact that Ocala is the "Horse Capitol of the World."
This is one of the great things about blogs, I can see what it is like (freezing cold and snow) in other parts of the country or world and then I don't snivel as much with how it is here in northern California. Thanks, I needed that.
moi aussi, j'aime la neige dans les villes et dans les grandes rues. belle photo
ReplyDeleteNot really my idea of New Mexico...
ReplyDeleteNot too bad...:)
ReplyDeleteLove your winter photography!
ReplyDeleteSidewalks being made snowfree!
A difference from the city where i live!
Have a nice tuesday Randy!
10 inches coming tomorrow around here. Our winter, I'm afraid, is just starting.
ReplyDeleteVery nice scene! Great photo!
ReplyDeleteWow, lots of snow, like here in Canada, you must be high above sea level, yes?
ReplyDeleteLast year you had quite a bit of snow; funny, how that changes from year to year BUT the season isn't over yet, Randy!
ReplyDeleteAdorable winter scenery in this picture!
ReplyDeleteLéia
I love snowy shots, there's a magic atmosphere on them. ;-)
ReplyDeleteHave a nice day Randy!
We have no snow. Yes, you heard me right. Switzerland and no snow. Hmmmm. Time to feel the wind blow!
ReplyDeleteI am getting a bit tired of the cold and no sunshine. I can take the snow, but I need some sun!
ReplyDeleteLa nieve hace más bonito un invierno siempre que tengas un buen hogar para confortable. Por aqui estamos a 15 ºC
ReplyDeleteSaludos
That is a nice street shot. We are getting it here today.
ReplyDeleteNice shot Randy.
ReplyDeleteAnd yes...I'll ship some out to you today.
Ahhhh....a lovely winter scene indeed.

ReplyDeleteNice tree lined walk there. I like this peek into the city life.
ReplyDeleteI think we will be sending you some snow very soon!
We are about to get hit with another storm later tonight/tomorrow. If I could, I would be glad to send it your way. =)
ReplyDeletePrefect composition in this shot!
Have a good day!
I love walking in the snow but sure hate the traffic jams when it first comes down. We are getting more tonight!
ReplyDeleteLol @ VP, I have to admit I'm gobsmacked too.
ReplyDeleteI'd like to trade some of your snow for my rain. I guess that won't work, huh?!
It's nice to see that someone else enjoys the snow as much as I do. That's a beautiful scene.
ReplyDeleteOh you miss the snow? We had so much here, but after some warm days all snow is away and now we have problems with high water in the rivers...
ReplyDeleteToo much snow can be chaotic.
ReplyDeleteToo little can be disappointing...
Humans are really hard to please, oh dear! Ha ha...
Us too! We never get snow! It looks so peaceful with snow.
ReplyDeleteNow Dandy Randy - all that snow in Santa Fe is shattering my notion of the sunny, warm, dry weather down there!
ReplyDeleteSorry I can't help you, no snow here... :-)
ReplyDeleteIt's hard for me to believe as my encounter with Santa Fe was on August (1996:) No snow then, only sun :) I miss Santa Fe!
