Art On The Go!


Axle Contemporary is a mobile gallery that travels to different sites in the city. The exhibit at the time I shot this was a nice collection of ink drawings. Maybe they will have a new exhibit today.

    Hmmm... I have never seen this! Cool idea. I like how they modified the van on top. (My dad did something similar to our old VW bus when we were kids.)

    How cool is that? Do you have to pay to visit the gallery? If not, how is this financed? Is it sponsored by the city?

    Whatever, I think it's a terrific idea and should be emulated in other places - like Ocala!
