How great that this mural was crafted in this spot. If it is all mosaic it is an incredible feat of craftsmanship! I would like to see it up close but your photo shows the scale of the mosaic. Wonderful! Genie
I'll bet it's a jaguar. It has spots, and jags have actually been found as far north as the Arizona deserts, so why not your area. I think it's a definite boost to the substation.

A funny juxtaposition, I think that murals in places like this can be definitely seen as something positive.
