Indian Market V: Beauty From Mud.

This was one of my favorite pieces of pottery at Indian Market. This is the work of Alvina Yepa from the Jemez Pueblo. It's amazing really, the beauty that one creates from the earth.

  2. This is a beautiful piece, Randy, and I love the title of your post. Before I came to New Mexico, mud was just mud to me. Now I live in a house made out of it (adobe)!

  3. For sure, it is gorgeous! I envy people who can take something so mundane and create something like this with their bare hands.

  8. Randy, this is a breathtakingly beautiful piece of pottery. It stands out on the portal as I'm sure it stood out during the market. Good choice to illustrate what is available to see during Indian Market.
