Fresh Beets


These would be great steamed as they are or pickled. I am just going to have to head to the Farmers market before heading out of town. Don't you love fresh foods?

    I do. Sweet potatoes? If they are, it'll be prefect for imoopura (I just guessed its name), sweet potatoes which is fried tempura like.
